We collect information you provide through our request forms, email, telephone and during the delivery of field work. This may include:

• Partner company and contact details
• Site addresses and access information
• Job and ticket references
• Scope of work, job notes and instructions
• Photos and site documentation
• Asset details, including model and serial numbers
• Documents submitted for scope review or quoting
• Names and contact details of nominated site contacts

2. How we use information

Information is used to assess, schedule and deliver requested field services, coordinate with the partner’s nominated contact, document job completion, provide evidence to the partner, and maintain accurate operational and compliance records.

3. Disclosure

We do not sell partner or client information. Information may be shared with technicians, registered cablers and licensed electrical contractors engaged to deliver the work, and with regulatory bodies where required by law.

4. Confidentiality and non-solicitation

Partner and client information is treated as confidential. Where required, we can enter into specific confidentiality, non-disclosure and client non-solicitation arrangements before reviewing scope or attending site.

5. Security

Information is held using reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity. Partners should not submit passwords or sensitive credentials through public forms; where credentials are required, a secure handover method will be arranged.

6. Client relationship

Arxus Field Services does not market directly to partner clients. The client relationship belongs to the partner.
