These terms govern use of the Arxus Field Services website. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms.

Content on this site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding service offer, quotation or commitment to perform any work. All work is subject to a written scope, quotation or engagement agreement entered into between Arxus Field Services and the engaging partner.
2. Partner-only field delivery
Arxus Field Services delivers field work on behalf of MSPs, IT providers, vendors and technology partners. The partner’s client relationship remains with the partner. Arxus Field Services does not market directly to partner clients.
3. Compliance work
Where work involves registered cabling, licensed electrical or other regulated activities, that work is performed or supervised by appropriately registered or licensed providers in accordance with applicable Australian standards and Victorian regulations.
4. Confidentiality
Confidentiality, non-disclosure and client non-solicitation arrangements are available and, where entered into, take precedence over general statements made on this website.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of information on this website. Service-specific obligations, warranties and limitations of liability are set out in the relevant scope, quotation or engagement documentation.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding and materials on this website are the property of Arxus Field Services or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
